Individual Design Coaching

Everyone has a unique journey and different fitness goals. Fitness should be more than getting healthy, losing weight or building muscle. A high quality fitness program involves meeting with a qualified coach, going over specific goals and implementing these goals in a comprehensive program. 

ID Coaching Benefits:

  • The program is specific to your goals. This includes if your own goals change over time.

  • You can workout at my physical gym in Brookfield OR anywhere remotely. This is great for individuals with unpredictable schedules or frequent traveling

  • Mobile apps have been studied and supported as great tools for increasing accountability. And when you miss a workout, I will be checking in to make sure you stay on track
